Summary: Stayed one night for a bit of a local "Braincation" to forget about cancer treatments and everything else life wants to throw our way this year... Staff was great! Hotel was clean and smelled good. Room was nice, modern, and comfortable. The TV was surprisingly large for a hotel room! Hot tub and pool area were clean. Hot tub was very hot and the jets were strong! One of the best getaways we have ever had!!!❤️

Summary: I wasnt to sure what to expect with just doing an internet search, but i was completely surprised with everything about this stay. The front desk attendant mark was very welcoming and friendly. The cleaniness was amazing, with being a housekeeper myself i tend to have higher expectations, but i was completely satisfied with it!!! I will definitely be back to stay at this facility again

Summary: I think my daughter said hot tub was out of order. We didn't want room service the first morning. The second morning we didn't tell them anything as we needed clean towels etc. We got them, but was surprised that beds weren't made. We didn't need clean sheets, but if they had made up the beds, the room would have looked nicer.

Summary: The front desk was very kind . The employee by the name of Guadalupe was very warm and always asked us if we needed anything. Very welcoming ! We were there for 5 days to attend our daughter’s college graduation . Rates were reasonable compared to hotels in downtown . It’s 25 mins to Madison . I did have an issue one day with lack of hot water in the middle of taking a shower.
